Domestic (UK): We use Royal Mail Special Delivery signed for or First Class signed for – please be aware that deliveries require a signature.

International: We use Royal Mail Track & Signed, or International Tracked if your country doesn’t allow signed for.

Each piece of Lee Renée jewellery is especially handmade to order. We turn around most orders within 48-72 hours, but please allow a possible 5-10 working days from placing your order to receipt of your jewellery if you’re based in UK, slightly longer if abroad.

If you need a piece urgently or for a specific date, please mention this in the additional notes section upon ordering and we will do our best to accommodate you.

UK orders normally arrive the day after sending, and International orders usually arrive 3-7 days after sending.

For non UK orders: Depending on the value of your order your goods could be liable for customs and/or import duties (including GST). These are charged once the package reaches its destination country. Any customs charges and import duties for a package must be paid for by the person receiving the parcel.

As customs policies and import duties vary from country to country, and are constantly changing, unfortunately we cannot tell you what the cost may be. We recommend contacting the local customs office to determine what the current charges are.

When not wearing your jewellery, store it in the microfiber pouch provided to minimise the effects of sunlight and the environment. The soft pouch can also be used to gently polish your jewellery.

If your jewellery needs a deeper clean, use a very soft, clean toothbrush, warm water and a small amount of washing-up liquid. After cleaning carefully, gently dry it with a soft cloth.

------

To protect your gemstones, avoid knocking them against hard or rough surfaces, or exposing them to very low or high temperatures.

To avoid tarnishing, especially for gold vermeil pieces, avoid contact with water, body lotions, hand gels, perfumes, sun creams, cleaning products and make-up, as these will affect the plating. Also, remember to remove your jewellery before exercising, swimming, showering and going to bed.

If tarnishing happens to your gold plated or silver jewellery due to exposure to the above, a specialist silver liquid cleaner works on both. We recommend ‘Town Talk Mild Strength Silver Sparkle’. Simply dip the item for a few seconds and then gently wash it off.

------

Although we put a thick layer of gold on our vermeil pieces, plating does wear off over time. We can repolish and replate your jewellery for a small charge.

Perfect Wedding Ring

I have never really worn jewellery before but wanted a wedding band so I ordered this one as it was quite subtle. It looks absolutely gorgeous, but is especially perfect as it compliments my engagement ring so well. Positively in love with it!

Lovely jewellery and great communication

Gorgeous jewllery, feels really good quality and comfortable. Fits perfectly stacked with green tourmaline/diamond ring. Received a lovely email on purchase and a nice note on delivery. Would genuinely recommend to anyone.

Beautiful! I couldn't be happier with it.

Absolutely love this ring. I bought it as a wedding ring and although I'm yet to tie the knot still, I've been wearing it anyway because I love it so much! The shape compliments my engagement ring perfectly. It's slim and dainty, with such pretty and delicate detail. It's exactly what I wanted and I'm over the moon with it.

I'd also like to praise their customer service. I had to contact them over a payment query and I was very impressed how quickly they got back to me and they were also very helpful and understanding, even though the problem was on my end (issue with my card - no fault on Lee Renee's side).

It was made and delivered in less than a week.

Perfect wedding ring

This ring is just perfect and exactly what I was hoping for. It gives my engagement ring the perfect shape to sit in and the pattern detail makes it far more interesting than a plain band. I couldn’t be happier, thank you so much.
